The second ID must have your signature and preprinted legal name. One must be a VALID form of government-issued identification (Driver’s License, State ID, or Passport) which bears your signature and has your photograph. You must provide 2 forms of identification. If this is an issue for you, please contact PSI two weeks prior to your examination date. Your picture will be taken during check-in, and will be on the score report. If you arrive late, you may not be admitted to the examination site and you will forfeit your examination registration fee. This extra time is for sign-in, identification, and familiarizing yourself with the examination process. On the day of the examination you should arrive 30 minutes before your appointment. You may apply online at How Exams are Scheduled When you have passed both portions of the examination (within a three year period), you may apply for licensure by submitting a completed application to the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission. Keep a copy of this document to provide to the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission when requesting licensure. To register for the exam you will provide PSI with a copy of the Certificate of Completion for the required courses that will be issued by the education provider. The PSI Pennsylvania Salesperson License Exam should be taken after completion of seventy-five (75) hours of basic real estate courses and our optional PSI Exam Prep course.
